Stoke Edith Estate is blessed with fantastic topography which is something that can't be grown or influenced.
The variety of shooting on your day may include 'Park Cottage' which sits at the bottom of the valley behind your peg, where the birds soar from a game crop behind the steep faced wooded bank through the valley below, over the expectant waiting guns. By contrast, there is 'Bunkers Hill', where the birds rocket from the face of the ridge that creates Middle Park, across the park at height and speed to reach the ridge on the other side, some several hundred yards away.
We understand how important the whole experience of your day is, from the welcome you receive to the quality of the shooting and indeed the hospitality. Guns meet at The Long Room on the estate and can be assured of excellent food to delight all palates: from the canapes, home-made soup, delicious marinated sausages and home-made cakes served during the elevenses shoot break, to the freshly prepared hot three course meal served at the end of the day with excellent wines and spirits.
